Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Optimum Technologies ("we", "us") handles your information in the Bhoomi mobile app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account: your WhatsApp mobile number (used as your login ID), your name, and an optional recovery email you may add.
• Your records: property and land details you enter (names, Gata/Khasra/Khata numbers, area, rates, addresses and map coordinates), ledger entries (receipts, payments, dues), leads and contacts, offers, and photos you attach.
• Groups: the family/business groups you create or join and the properties you choose to share in them.
• Technical: basic app/device information needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your information

• To provide the App's features — inventory, leads, offers, ledger, profit and shared net‑worth.
• To sign you in and keep your data synced across your devices.
• To send a one‑time password (OTP) on WhatsApp when you reset your password.
• To secure the service and prevent misuse.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored securely with our cloud provider Supabase and protected by row‑level security so you (and the group members you invite) can access only your own data. Data is encrypted in transit.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only:

• with members of groups you choose to share properties with;
• with service providers who host and operate the App on our behalf (e.g. Supabase, and a WhatsApp message provider for OTP);
• if required by law.

Your choices & account deletion

You can edit your profile and recovery email at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all your data from within the App: open your profile (avatar, top‑right) → Delete my account. You may also request deletion by emailing us. Optional Face ID / Touch ID can lock the App on your device.

Children

The App is intended for adults managing property and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version on this page with a new date.
